Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:

To be eligible for a return:

The request must be made within 3 days of delivery

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Proof (clear images or video) may be required for verification
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, makeup and beauty products are not eligible for return if opened or used.
Refunds

Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed accordingly.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as agreed.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
